Your journey for up to 6 guests begins with a two-hour private boat ride through Sitka Sound’s pristine waters, immersing you in nature from our heated vessel to encounter whales, otters, sea lions, brown bears & other wildlife weaving through the beautiful, unique islands offshore and ending in downtown. (Wheelchair patrons who can transfer into a boat over the gunnel and into a van are welcome)

After Docking in downtown Sitka, the adventure transitions to our private scenic two-hour land exploration. A personally guided tour in our Toyota Sienna Hybrid mini-vans, we traverse Sitka’s landscapes, visiting local trails, waterfalls, and estuaries, and a glimpse of the Sitka road system end to end, making stops along the route. Our company is uniquely permitted to explore trails throughout the community, operated under a special use permit with the Tongass National Forest and the City of Sitka, giving you limitless choices for how best to spend your day.

As a highlight, your expert guide personally leads you through the Fortress of the Bears, witnessing the majesty of these creatures up close. Our carefully timed trips avoid the busiest crowds, ensuring a perfect experience.

Finish your tour in downtown Sitka, exploring shops and attractions alone or enjoying your meal picnic style at the picturesque harbor, Sitka National Historical Park among the Totem Poles, or our downtown Misfit Island Cafe.
